Join adult women in the congregation for an insightful discussion on Perimenopause and Menopause based on Heather Corinna’s What Fresh Hell is This? Perimenopause, Menopause, Other Indignities, and You.  Corinna offers a thorough, engaging look at this life stage, blending personal stories with the science behind women’s ever-changing bodies. Together, we’ll share experiences, advice, laughter, and more. Reading the book in advance of our session is encouraged, but all are welcome to participate.
