Join Wise Temple’s own Lauren Abrahams for a yoga class for EVERYONE. Connect with others in attendance before and after, and enjoy a well-deserved, relaxing start to your Sunday! This class is open to anyone interested in participating, no matter your age or level of experience, so long as you are comfortable getting up and down from the floor.
Please plan to bring your own yoga mat if you have one. Extras will be provided, if needed.
