Liturgist and celebrated poet Alden Solovy will join us in person for Shavuot to explore Torah through a deep examination of individual words from our sacred text. Building on the work in his book “These Words: Poetic Midrash on the Language of Torah,” we’ll delve into how individual words can impact our understanding of the text, and Alden will read poetry inspired by the Torah words we are exploring.
